Loans may vary in size from $25,000 to $500,000. We are currently seeking investment in ventures that have a potential for rapid growth and have created a niche in the market because of new approaches, products, services, or innovative technology. We look closely at the qualifications of the management team, whether the capital requirements are reasonable, if the competition is manageable and if the proposed financing fits into our over all investment strategy.
