Investment Focus:

Ibero American Investors Corporation seeks to provide capital to any small business provided that they meet size standards, as defined by the Small Business Administration. Businesses also qualify for financing if they are located in economically depressed areas and government development zones. IAIC targets deals where the principals are knowledgeable of the industry for which they are seeking financing. IAIC seeks to leverage that knowledge and management expertise to create economic value. We actively seek investments in the following areas:

• Low and high tech manufacturing
• Warehousing and distribution
• Entertainment and leisure
• Institutional services
• High-end retail

Investment Limits:

IAIC does not seek controlling interest in any deal. It seeks partners with strong management teams and who are willing to co-share the risks and benefits derived from an investment. In cases where debt is required, it seeks full collateral for the debt.

Investment Restrictions:

Ibero American Investors Corporation will avoid investments in the following areas:

• Real estate speculation
• Real estate development for resale purposes
• Fundamentally flawed market positions
• Companies exposed to technological obsolescence
• Companies whose primary operations are outside of the United States, possessions and territories

Entrepreneur and Business Qualifications:

Individuals and companies who are seeking financing must qualify under the rules and regulations of the Small Business Administration.
